Colourpop Cosmetics // Haul

December 17, 2015

Hello beauties!

Today's post is a very exciting one for me because I finally got some Colourpop products in the mail! You have no idea how long I have been lusting over their lip products. In all honesty, all of their products look amazing and have to be amazing because everybody raves about them. But for me, I mostly like to try out new lip products, that's just my obsession tbh.

Colourpop does not ship internationally which is such a shame but I found a great alternative which might take a little more effort but for any beauty junkie like me, a little more effort for US make up doesn't stop us!

I came across shipment forwarding service called GoSend, which is based in the US. You sign up on their website for free and then you get a US address from GoSend (which I believe is just their regular company address where they get all the packages sent to) with your very own Unit number so every package is identified a lot quicker. So instead of entering your actual address at the Checkout, you enter your name and the US address you got from GoSend and the products will be shipped there. Once the shipment arrives at the GoSend address, they open it, check if anything is damaged, take a picture of every single product and send you an E-Mail with the pictures so you can confirm this is everything you wanted. Once you confirmed, the products go in the "GoSend Locker" where all your products you buy go in. You can access it through the GoSend website. This is brilliant because if you order from a few different companies, you can wait for all of the shipments to arrive and "release" the GoSend Locker all at once so you get for all the products in just one shipment to your actual address which saves you shipping costs!

There is also a VIP membership which gets you your very personal shopping assistent. For that you can just go to the Shop Assist link on the GoSend website, there you enter the name of the product as well as the URL and the quantity you want to buy. Once you added all the products in your Shop Assist cart, you confirm the order and someone from the GoSend team will buy all these products for you. This is a great way to order if you feel like you don't quite understand the US address thing and want to be on the safe side because obviously the GoSend team knows exactly what they are doing!

I am so impressed with this website, honestly. I know there is a few different services like MyUS but the shipping costs on all these other websites are insane. Of course the shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order but I have seen quite a few people order from Colourpop through other services like GoSend and they spent more money on the shipping than the actual products which is just insane. I was really surprised with the shipping costs on GoSend as well as the quick shipping. Once my products came in, it took like 2 more days for them to send the products over to me (depends on how quick you confirm them your order is fine) and then within only 1,5 weeks (6 working days) it already arrived at my doorstep!

I know this was a lot of information now but I just really love their website, the team is absolutely incredible and whatever questions you might have, they answer you in heartbeat, they're extremely helpful and nice. Honestly one of the best costumer services I ever came across (and trust me, I have a lot of online shopping experience).

Also, they were super sweet and sent me one of these hair brushes for your purse that you can fold up with a mirror inside! Thank you GoSend (in case you're reading this).

But without further do, let's get into the Colourpop Haul!!

First thing I got were three of their Ultra Matte Lip liquid lipsticks. These are unlike any formula of liquid lipsticks I have ever tried. They are extremely liquidy and take some time to dry so you can work with them on your lips a bit easier. I am really impressed with the pigmentation of these and of course you can't beat $6 for a liquid lipstick.

Next thing I got was this Lippie Stix Kit in "Back to Cool" which might be Limited Edition, I am not sure. So if you like that Kit then you should definitely go grab it now!

As we all know from Colourpop Kits, they come in these gorgeous little boxes. Definitely going to keep the box for whatever, it's just too cute to throw away!

Inside it comes with 6 different shades of their Lippie Stix which I believe are only available in the Kit and not on sale individually!

And last but not least I got a few of their individual Lippie Stix as well as one Lippie Pencil from the Cooperation they did with ItsMyRayeRaye from Youtube. The Ultra Matte Lip in the colour StingRAYE I showed you above is also from their collaboration with Raye!

See you next week!
