Colourpop Cosmetics // Haul

Hello beauties!

Today's post is a very exciting one for me because I finally got some Colourpop products in the mail! You have no idea how long I have been lusting over their lip products. In all honesty, all of their products look amazing and have to be amazing because everybody raves about them. But for me, I mostly like to try out new lip products, that's just my obsession tbh.

My Fall & Winter Reads // 2015

Hello lovelies!

Since the colder months are upon us, I'm getting a lot more into reading again. In the summer I don't particularly have enough concentration to read/finish a book and enjoy it. To me, summer is quite exhausting and I do not want to have anything in my sweaty hands (tmi). So when fall and winter come around, I just want to snuggle into my fuzzy blanket on the sofa, light some candles and relax reading a book.

What's On My iPad Mini 4 // TAG

Hello lovelies!

Today I thought I would show you what's on my new iPad Mini 4.

To be quite honest, I have never been a tablet kind of person because I found them to be unnecessary, if you have a smartphone and a laptop, why would you need a tablet?! But since I'm planning to start university again, I thought instead of carrying a big, bulky and heavy laptop around with me, I might just invest in an iPad.

My Favourite Lip Balms

Hello beauties!

Since winter is slowly coming around, our skin is needing a bit more hydration than over the warmer months, and so do our lips. We all know the feeling of going out on a snowy winter day and coming home with lips that feel horribly dry and sometimes even hurt.

Mini Make-Up Haul // BeautyJoint

Hello beauties!

I have never done a haul on my blog before so I thought I would just do that from time to time, whenever I get a bit more beauty stuff than usual. This is not a massive haul since I did cut down the money I spend on make-up and rather invested in more fashion bits recently, but I did place an order on BeautyJoint.com like a month ago.

Dose of Colors // Liquid Lipsticks

Hello beauties!

Since the legendary Stone by Dose of Colors that was once limited edition in their Terra Collection is now in their permanent line, I just had to place an order and get it myself. When browsing through their site I also came across a colour called Truffle which seemed like a more nude version of Stone, so I grabbed this one too.

Today I am giving you a review of these two liquid lipsticks, including some swatches and comparisons.

My MAC Nudes // COMPARISON

Since I did get a few more MAC lipsticks and they're all pretty much nude colours, I thought I would do a little comparison and swatches of all of them because I know I love seeing comparisons side by side to see how similar different colours are and if I need to own all of them (usually I do need all of them, it's a girls thing). I find these kind of posts quite useful and interesting to see, and also I find some of these lipsticks to be quite similar so I wanted to show you to give you an idea of how each of them looks.

Staying Strong // A different kind of Blogpost

Just yesterday I saw a video of a little boy, Jonathan, diagnosed with so called Epidermolysis Bullosa which causes his whole skin to blister and peel off of his body. It looks like he's been in a massive fire but he hasn't. If you want to know more about Jonathan and his story, here is the video (x) I saw and if you want to donate money to help Jonathan and other people diagnosed with Epidermolysis Bullosa, you can do that here (x).

Coloured Raine // Liquid Lipsticks

Hello beauties!

Today I'm bringing you my review of the ColouredRaine liquid lipsticks that I recently stumbled across while I was browsing through Instagram. I decided to pick up three of their more nude shades because I love nudes and I just get a lot more wear and use out of them than I would with a pink or purple shade.

New In // Jewelry Haul

Hello lovelies!

Since I have been doing a lot of jewelry shopping lately, I decided to show you a little haul of all the things I purchased recently. All of these items are from Etsy, I will link all the details and Etsy shops below so if any of you want to get some of these things, you can.

MAC Honeylove vs. Artdeco #667 // COMPARISON

Recently I ordered this beautiful nude lipstick by Artdeco in the colour #667 "Natural Beauty" and when applying it, it reminded me a lot of MAC Honeylove lipstick so of course I had to check and see if they are similar and I can now tell you - yes they are.

Favourite Make-Up Brushes

Hello beauties!
Today I thought I would share with you my all time favourite make-up brushes. First of all I have to say that I do not own any high end make-up brushes because I personally think that there are just as great brushes out there for a much cheaper price.

My Skincare Routine

Hello lovelies!
Today I thought I would share my every day skincare routine with you. In the future, there is also going to be a haircare routine and my tips for growing long, healthy hair, so stay tuned for that. But for now, here is my skincare routine:

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette // REVIEW

Hello lovelies!
Today I am bringing you a review and swatches of the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. I know, crazy. Everyone is making blogposts about the new UD Naked Smokey palette while I make one about the old Naked 2. But when I saw the colours of Naked Smokey I found them very similar to the Naked 1 Palette which I felt like I would not need right now, since they do cost a bit of money, you know? So I thought I'd rather purchase the 2nd palette rather than Smokey just because with Naked 1, 2 and 3 you not necessarily need the Naked Smokey palette. I might purchase it when there's a good offer but for now, I am happy with my first 3 palettes.

But let's go into detail with UD Naked 2 now, shall we?

My MAC Cosmetics Must-Haves

Hello beauties!
I am really sorry that I have been mia but I had started a job instead of university and it was just super hectic and now I have been in a early-life-crisis. But I am back now with a new blog post for ya'll and this time it's my top MAC products that I think everybody needs in their life.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer // REVIEW

Today I'm finally bringing you a review of the "new" Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer. I know this has been out for quite some time now and since everyone seems to love this concealer, I had a hard time getting my hands on it. But then one lucky day, I saw it was back in stock (just one concealer in my colour) and I grabbed it right away, so here I am now - giving you my thoughts on the UD Naked Skin concealer.

Top 5 Favourite Blushes

Hello beauties!
Hope you didn't miss me too much - I have just been so busy because I started work on the 18th of May and since then I've barely got around to posting any blog posts or even pick up new beauty products. But today I am back with a post all about blushers, my top 5 to be exact.

Glossybox May 2015 // UNBOXING

Today's post will be my last Glossybox Unboxing for quite some time because I cancelled my Glossybox subscription for the simple reason that I am quite unhappy with the service. Just to give you a quick description of my problem with them.. I see no reason why you have to fill out a Beauty Profile on their website where they tell you the products will be based on that profile of yours when every person literally gets the same exact products in their box, other than a few different products where there is two and like 50% get product 1 and the other half gets product 2, still not based on your Beauty Profile. So what's the reason behind it?

MAC Strobe Cream // REVIEW

Today I am finally sitting down to give you my little review on MAC's Strobe Cream. I decided to go for the travel size (30 ml/1.0 oz) before I get the big version. Obviously, it would have been cheaper to go for the big size in the end, but I wanted to spend 10€ on this and it was crap, rather than spending 33€ on the full size and it was crap.

My MAC Palette // A Tour

Hello beauties!
Recently I got my MAC Pro Palette and of course I had to shop for refills right away and fill it up real quick. It is not fully done yet, but I am happy with all the eyeshadows it contains right now so I thought I might as well give you a little tour through my palette.

NYX Liquid Illuminator // REVIEW

Today I'm bringing you a review of the NYX Liquid Illuminator. There is two different shades, 01 and 02. Mine is in the shade 01 Sunbeam. 02 Gleam is more of a rosegold highlight, where as 01 is more of a white, silver kind of highlight which looks a lot better on fair skin.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara // REVIEW

Hello lovelies!
Today I thought I'd give you my thoughts on the new Benefit Roller Lash mascara. I am pretty sure it launched last month, and I finally managed to get my hands on it as well. I got to try it out for a few days now and I think I am ready to give you my full and honest opinion on it.

Products I've used up // Would I Repurchase?

Hello beauties!
Today I am making my very first "Products I've used up / Would I repurchase?" blogpost. I have seen videos like this all over Youtube so I thought why not make a blogpost like this?! I'm not sure if this is interesting for anyone to see/read but I am giving it a shot and based on the views this blogpost gets, I might do it again in the future. Let's get started now, shall we?

Chanel Lèvres Scintillantes, Glossimer #144 Rose Dilemma // REVIEW

Hello lovelies!
Today I am reviewing the Chanel Lèvres Scintillantes, Brilliant Extrême Glossimer in the colour #144 Rose Dilemma. I did own another one of these in the colour #297 Sweet Beige but I returned it because the colour was just not my thing. By the way, these lipglosses retail for 31,00€.

Favourite Red Lipsticks

Hello beauties!
Since I did a "Favourite Nude Lipsticks" blogpost some time ago, I figured I'd show you my favourite red lipsticks as well. We all know that was the only right thing to do :) As in my nudes post - No specific order, I went from light to dark.

TOPSHOP Lipstick Infrared vs Rio Rio // COMPARISON

Hello beauties!
Today I am comparing and reviewing the Topshop Lipsticks in Infrared vs. Rio Rio.
They are both beautiful orange/red shades that I recently got inspired by the beautiful Zoe Sugg. She recently has been rocking Infrared in one of her videos and I immidiately went "I need a orange lipstick in my life" so I went ahead and ordered them both online.

UNIVERSITY // Should I Go?, Tips & Tricks and More

Today I wanted to make a blogpost about university, since I do study as well and I did have quite some struggles to be honest and I wanted to share my experience, my thoughts and also tips and tricks with you to help you out if you're starting uni yourself or just need a bit of advice.

Favourite Nude Lipsticks

Today I'm sharing my favourite nude lipsticks with you! I do have a couple of them and we all know I love me some nude lipsticks, actually.. lipsticks in general. But I thought it'd be nice to share my favourites from my collection :) Btw, these are in no specific order, I'm just going by brand

Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Lipstick #1 // REVIEW

Today I am bringing you a very special blog post (at least it is to me). I recently splurged on a very luxurious item - the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté lipstick in the colour 01 Nude Beige.
Can I just say that this is honestly a splurge item, it costs 32,95€ which is very very expensive for a lipstick which is why I decided to go for a nude, pinky colour because I know I will definitely be getting more use out of it, for the price, than if I went for a dark vampy colour that I barely ever wear.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette // REVIEW

Today I am sharing my little (and late) review on the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette. I finally got myself to buy this beauty. I wanted it ever since it came out but we all know, Urban Decay is a little pricey so I put off buying it for the longest time but now I finally own it!

MAC Cosmetics Paint Pot "Painterly" // REVIEW

Today I am reviewing a very popular MAC product - the Paint Pot in "Painterly". You all heard of this product before, quite commonly used amongst Youtubers as an eyeshadow base in either the colour Painterly or Soft Ochre. I decided to go for Painterly because the colour is more brownish, nude while Soft Ochre is a bit more yellow in tone. My skin does not have a tint of yellow in it which is why I decided against Soft Ochre. The paint pots are 21,95€ which is quite expensive for an eyeshadow base but you do get 5g (0.17 oz) which is good amount of product. This pot will probably last me forever and might dry out before I even use it up.

My Perfume Collection

Hello beauties!
Today I thought I'd shade my perfume collection with you. I absolutely love perfume, I keep buying new ones because I feel like it's such an easy way to transform yourself. There's sexy, deep scents for going out, there is fresh and floral scents for summer, warmer scents for winter. I just love what you can do with perfume and I love smelling different all the time. I don't think I have a signature scent, for a very long time I thought it was Alien by Thierry Mugler but I am kind of over that scent right now. I am going to tell you the notes of each perfume, for reference I used the website fragrantica.com - BTW I am horrible at describing scents.
