Luxury Wishlist for 2019

I should start off by saying that I'm very strict with my wishlists and not everything gets written down on it. If I see a bag that I like the look of, I'm not going to put it on my list unless I did enough research on it beforehand and made sure that it could fit my lifestyle pretty nicely. For example, I'm not going to put Valentino Rockstud Heels on my wishlist even though I love the look of them, but I know I never wear heels, maybe once or twice a year and for that high of a price tag, I'm not even "wishing" for them.

A wishlist to me is more of a "Probably going to buy" list, rather than "Things I find extremely gorgeous" list.

With that being said, let's get into the things I actually consider buying next year or in the future.

1. Celine Mini Luggage

This is a purchase that I know for sure I'm going to be making in 2019. I already have a Micro Luggage in black pebbled leather and silver hardware so I'm going to be buying the black smooth leather, gold hardware in the Mini.

My dream version of the Mini Luggage would be the python base with black handles and grey wings. I'm just not sure if I want to be spending that significant amount of money (obviously because of the python it's super expensive) and I'm not that sure how python wears and how to care for it. Also, they're not made anymore so it's so hard to find on the pre-loved market. Usually they come up with black handles and white/cream wings but I specifically want the grey.

2. Saint Laurent Loulou

You might have noticed that I don't have any flap bags (except mini crossbody bags), specifically shoulder bags. The reason for that is that I find them a bit annoying and hard to get in and out of. Especially the bigger the bags are, the more annoying they become for me. That's probably the only reason why I don't have any Chanel Classic Flaps.

I do love my Toy Loulou so much and I love the Small size Loulou because you can carry it crossbody as well and it's not too big when you wear it on your shoulders and has a nice strap length (I did try it on in stores already) on me too. I just wasn't sure if I like the grey with silver hardware or if I should get the black with silver (which is the exact combination my Toy has, not sure how I feel about basically owning the same bag twice).

I also enjoy the look of the Medium Loulou on others but it looks huge in real life, so I definitely want to try this one on as well just to see.

3. Valentino Rockstud Sandals, 65mm block heel

These have been on my wishlist for years. I tried them on last summer in the Valentino store in black and in the poudre colour and actually like the poudre against my fair skin tone more. I was between sizes 38 and 38.5 and I couldn't decide which would be better. I felt like the 38, if my feet well up a bit after walking a bit more, could become a bit too small and have my toes on the floor but with the 38.5 I was worried with my skinny feet, they might be too loose.

I know I definitely want to get them at some point but I need to try them on a few more times to decide on the right size.

4. Rolex Datejust, Oyster Perpetual

I'm not the biggest fan of Rolex watches, I'd personally not spend all that money on a big collection of watches but this specific Rolex watch stole my heart. The Datejust, Oyster Perpetual with the oyster face with diamonds on each hour, diamonds all around the bezel and the steel and white gold jubilé strap. It's the most beautiful watch I have ever seen in my life.

5. Hermes Birkin, 35cm, black Togo leather

This will probably always stay on my wishlist and be unattainable forever but I specifically want the black Togo leather with silver/palladium hardware. Not 100% sure on the size yet though, but either a 30 or 35. I honestly think this is the most beautiful handbag that's ever been made. I just think the Birkin is such a cool yet classic bag. Especially with the black and silver it makes for a bag that is absolutely my style. If I was a handbag, I'd probably be a black Birkin with silver hardware.
