REVIEW: Aussie Long Luscious Shampoo & Conditioner

Hello beauties!
Today I'm bringing you a haircare blog post to get away from all the beauty products for a change. Also I thought I really need to make a blog post about these products and let you know what I think of it because I've honestly not been impressed.

Aussie is available in the drugstore but compared to your usual drugstore prices when it comes to shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of pricy. At least it is to me anyway. The shampoo and conditioner are 7,99€ each where I must say I did buy them 10% off when there was this deal in my local drugstore because I honestly didn't want to spend all this money and hair products that I never even tried out. Now looking back, I wish I did not spend the money on those two products.

Let me get a little bit into detail about the products though, I don't just want to say "I didn't like it, don't buy it - it's a waste of money". I will give you a more detailed review, don't ya worry.

Packaging: I do like their packaging, I'm not sure why I just think they look really cute standing in your shower or wherever you keep your shampoo/conditioner.

Scent: The scent is really weird and I'm just not a fan of it in any way. It's really unusual, which I think comes with all Aussie product since they do have loads of eucalyptus and macadamia oil and just things in them that usual shampoos do not have in them. The scent also lingers around on my hands for quite a while and also on my hair I find which is not a good thing if you don't like the scent in the first place.

Effect: The Long Luscious line is supposed to be for long hair, obviously and make your hair silky smooth and tame frizz. I have to say it does make your hair smooth and shiny looking but it just feels so heavy in my hair, I feel light it weights my hair down and it gets greasy very quickly, which nobody really wants, let's be honest.

All in all: I'm just not a fan. It's not a bad line, really. I just find it to be way too heavy in my hair and I hate shampoos that make my hair get greasy too quickly. I do have another shampoo and conditioner that I absolutely LOVE, that keep my hair looking fresh for days, so stay tuned for my next blog post to find out more.
