Hello beauties!
Today I'm doing another winter must-haves. This time it's all about dark lipsticks because don't we all just love wearing dark lipstick in the fall and winter? I know I do.

#1 - MAC Cosmetics "Diva": Diva is an amazing, dark, vampy red colour that is an absolute staple in anyone's lipstick collection. It does have a matte formula and as you might know from MAC, their matte formulas can be quite drying so be sure to prime your lips very well!
#2 - MAC Cosmetics "Rebel": Another one of my favourite fall and winter colours from MAC is definitely Rebel. It's a nice dark purple kind of colour that definitely suits every skin tone in my opinion. Rebel is not as drying as Diva is since it is a Satin finish.
#3 - NYX Matte Lipstick "07 Alabama": I recently got this but the colour is stunning. It's a true brick red colour, just a bit darker than your usual brick red. I have never seen a colour like this so I definitely had to get it. It is from NYX's matte lipstick line so it is matte as well but I find the NYX matte lipsticks not the as drying as you usually know it from matte lipsticks. The formula is really great I must say.
#4 - Essence Good Girl Bad Girl LE "01 It wasn't me": Sadly this lipstick was in a limited edition but I wanted to show it to you anyway. It was quite recent so maybe you can still find it in your drugstore. In the tube it literally looks like it's going to be a black lipstick, but it is not. It's a super dark purple lipstick which I would probably compare to MAC's Cyber lipstick but I do not own this one. It does not have a matte finish, it is kind of glossy which it's nice for a little change since winter and fall are the times for matte dark lipsticks.
#5 - Rimmel by Kate Moss "107": The last one in my top 5 dark lipsticks for the winter is Rimmel's 107 in the line they did with Kate Moss. I must say this one is my favourite out of all 5. It is a matte finish as well but it feels so nice on the lips. It's not overly drying and it has a quite satiny feel to it rather than just straight up drying matte. The colour is gorgeous as well, it is not too dark but not the light like your usual hollywood red either. It's the perfect darker red in my opinion and will also look amazing on fair skin like mine since it is not too dark but not too light either. I absolutely love it.
Here are some lip swatches of all the colours. Excuse the bad lip application, my lips are really dry and gross right now and applying 5 lipsticks dried them out even more. But it's all just for the colour isn't it? So here you go:
